Refund policy

Returns — 30 days

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return your Tacit One.

To be accepted, the item must be complete (module, band, charging cable, guide) and in a condition that allows resale. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

To start a return, email contact@tacitone.com with your order number. We reply within 48 business hours and send you the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Warranty

Tacit One comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, water damage beyond the stated rating, or damage caused by misuse.
