Tacit One is a wellness and activity tracker. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; slight color variations may occur between screens.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country (US dollars, pounds sterling or euros) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issue.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

See our Refund Policy: 30 days, return shipping paid by the customer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on data shown in the app.

The Tacit name, texts, images and graphics on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your state or country of residence.
