Data we collect
Identity and contact details (name, shipping and billing address, email, phone), order data, your exchanges with customer service, and browsing data collected through cookies according to your choices.
We do not collect the data measured by the band: it is processed by the companion app under its own privacy policy.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Processing and delivering your orders, customer service and accounting obligations (performance of the contract and legal obligation); analytics and personalized advertising (your consent); newsletter (your consent).
Who receives it
Our service providers, limited to what they need: Shopify (hosting and store), payment providers, our logistics partner and carriers, and, if you consent, Meta and Google for advertising measurement. Some are located outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Customer data: 3 years after the last contact. Accounting records: 10 years. Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights
