Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery

Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days after processing. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.

Delays caused by customs, weather or the carrier are outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. A parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address is reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email contact@tacitone.com. We investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
